We can examine and manage your existing hardware, software, phones, and bandwidth, and show you how you could be saving tens and hundreds of thousands of dollars each year!

Bandwidth is becoming a huge necessity for businesses today, and it is as important today for doing business as a phone line was 70 years ago.

But many business don’t give much consideration to their bandwidth. They are trying to do “commercial grade business” with “consumer level bandwidth”.

And that new building you’re looking at moving your office to that has the killer lease agreement?

WAIT!

Before you sign the lease, let us QUALIFY you for the type of bandwidth you can get there.

Many times with the money you save on a lease, you’ll end up spending MORE on bandwidth because of the location.

We can qualify you for business level bandwidth, and we can also show you ways you can save hundreds – if not thousands – of dollars per month on your business!

Yes, all by selecting the correct bandwidth for your company!

The backbone of your business. The technological efficiency in your business is relegated by your foundation.

If your foundation is crooked or cracked, it will affect your productivity.

We ensure that your network is strong and clean right out of the gate. This means we install the proper cabling, the proper network gear, and we route your network traffic inside your business – so the guys in Post Production aren’t slowing down the rest of your company while they’re sending out 300mb video files to a client!

We can make sure you’ve got a secure wireless network for those dynamic days when you are moving around too much to be wired, or that you’ve got a guest network for those clients who need a connection while they’re waiting for you in the lobby.

Backing up your data isn’t something most people think about until it’s too late! And, unfortunately, most people think “it won’t happen to me”.

Here’s the deal: All hard drives will fail at some point in time. It may be 3 weeks, it may be 20 years.

We’ve seen data loss from everything:

Fire

Theft

Flood

Fell in the water

Hardware Failure

Left on the plane or the cab

Bookshelf fell on the equipment

Cat knocked over the drive

Accidental deletion or overwrite

How much is your data worth to you? To your company? Can the data be recreated easily? Will lost data result in lost productivity?

Assuming you still have the hardware, do you know that a data recovery attempt on a single hard drive can easily run into the $1500-$2500 category – with no guarantee that the data that is recovered will be pristine or usable?

We offer affordable backup solutions – either at your location or offsite!

See, the deal is this: while a backup hard drive sitting next to your computer is better than nothing, what good is that backup if it walks away with the computer it was backing up?

Or what if the backup drive fails at the same time the main drive fails (we’ve actually had this happen to us)?

What happens when your backup hard drive becomes full? Did you know that a hard drive that sits on a shelf for a certain number of years will most likely not work when you plug it back in?

What do you do if you need archival copies of your data? If you need to pull data from 2 or 3 years ago because of a court case?

Or someone forgets to run the backup? (A client recently told us of a shoot where someone forgot to back up the dailies, and disaster struck – and now that show is in negotiation with the insurance company to pay for 3/4 of the reshoot).

We try to minimize human interaction needed with the backups.

We can supply you with archived tapes of your backup data so you can easily store them in your safe deposit box.

You can also access your backup data from anywhere in the world that you have a browser and an internet connection – including your iPhone!

And all of these backup companies – if you read the fine print, you’ll find they won’t archive your data for you. And that “free” really isn’t so free…

We offer a multitude of backup options for home and business users. Encrypted, compressed, onsite and offsite solutions. You can’t afford NOT to do this.
